5. Selection & Training Process

Training Program: The training session for newly recruited guards spans 3 to 21 days based on the firm's training manual. Ex-military recruits are trained to be supervisors, inspectors, and operational managers. Training includes Guarding skills, Search procedure, Self defense, Fire control and prevention, First Aid, Traffic System, and VIP/Executive escort. We maintain two training establishments; one co-located with our Operational Headquarters and another in the suburb of Dhaka.
